William Goldstein; Chairman
Will is a founder of nPorta and is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the company's strategic initiatives and structuring investor relations. Will was the President and CEO of Medcareers.com, the most successful on-line medical career recruiting and placement service. In that capacity, he established relationships with key business partners such as Healtheon/WebMD, Caredata, Heller Financial, Aeneid Corporation, and E-Cal.
Matthew Krieg; President
Mr. Krieg assumed the role as President of nPorta in April 2004. His primary duties include oversight of all operational and strategic initiatives for nPorta. Mr. Krieg also serves as a Director of FareQuest Holdings, Inc., the parent of a leading online travel company, 1800CheapSeats. Prior to joining nPorta, Mr. Krieg was VP of Business Development for 1800CheapSeats, where he assisted in the development of the online strategy that transformed the company from an offline travel agency to one of the largest online travel agencies in the U.S. He was also Strategic Finance Manager for Eastern Air Lines, where he managed a portfolio of technology and intellectual property holdings. Mr. Krieg received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami.
Lorene Sartan; V.P. Operations and Business Development
Ms. Sartan brings over fifteen years of travel expertise to TravelASP, having held management positions with major airlines (Northwest Airlines, Inc. in Detroit and Los Angeles, Republic Airlines, and Southern Airways), CRS, and travel technology firms. Ms. Sartan has experience in airline and travel industry automation including project management, product development, information systems, and the production of new-media and web-based products.
With ten years at Worldspan, a GDS and Information Technology Services Company, her knowledge of instructional systems and emerging technologies helped shape Worldspan's Travel Agency, Airline, Supplier business, and E-Commerce travel solutions for the Corporate and Consumer marketplace. As a Consumer Product Specialist at Worldspan, she managed Microsoft's Expedia development and rollout in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Germany, and Australia, Dates and Destinations, Datalex's J-BookIt, and Travel Button.
